CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY
All rates are in Canadian funds (taxes are extra).
- Substitutions must be submitted in writing by the original registrant by October 3, 2024 to: registration@cim.org
- Changes and cancellations must be requested in writing by email before October 3, 2024 to: registration@cim.org
- A processing fee of $215 will be applied to all cancelled registrations. After October 3, 2024, no refund will be issued.
- CIM is not responsible for airfare, housing, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
